I had the same experience this summer, purchased a starter from Charlie and waited a long time. He
cashed my check and I didn't seem to be able to get in touch with him. Finally when I was about ready to do somthing legal or drive to Dansville he contacted me and sent the starter. The starter is great, and I have met Charlie ( a nice guy ) but his business practices leave a lot to be desired.
