I've had simular problems and takes at least two months to get a refund or part. is a nice guy but I think he needs his cage rattled for his poor cutomer service. I had to threaten with legal action. I personally would never order from him agin as the grill I got was a POS. It took two months to get my money out of him. I Kept his Phone # that was on his check if you want it email me LOL Ron
