$2500US for 56 Cub Loboy ?

I'm looking at a '56 Cub Loboy, w/front plow, wheel weights, not restored, some rust on the tin, apparently runs great, with a noisy 1st gear.
Good rubber, not new. It has a regular seat as opposed to Deluxe seat as seen on some '55's.
Does anyone have any info on a reasonable price?
$2500US seems to me a bit high, but then again someone out there will probably pay that if they want it bad enough. I want it ! but my piggy bank is shy by quite a few bucks.
