Chip: Has your tractor sat idle for any length of time I had this problem with SA and it turned out to be rust flakes from fuel tank. Tractor had sat idle for long periods with tank 1/2 full or less. If this be the case put a temperary inline filter after the sediment bowl and keep a good screen in bowl. Screen will catch the coarse stuff and you can dump it often. This helps your inline filter to last longer. If this hit your tractor after you used it for a few hours, before this hit, gas washed the surface rust off tank. It will clear up after 2-3 weeks of use. Mine did and that was 15 years ago. I try to keep it full of fuel this stops condensation and then rust.
