Dear Jack, Even though they are called 22-36, technically, IH called them the "New 15-30", and from the factory, they had 15-30 decals. Even though 22-36 decals are available, they are technically not correct. But when I rebuilt my 22-36, I did put on 22-36 decals, to differentiate it from the 15-30. The 22-36 was started in production in 1929 with serial number 99926. On the serial number tag, on the 22-36, it will state that it is a model 15-30, and on the horsepower ratings, it will be 22 drawbar, and 36 belt horsepower. The 22-36, on steel wheels, weighed 7486 lbs. On rubber, with the concrete weights, it could weigh more. I don't think $800 is unreasonable, especially when the tin work is good, and it does run, to some degree. I hope this helps you. Happy Tractoring, Ken
