The M that we have used to belong to my uncle and he would pull trailing 4-14 john deeres with it. It had two sets of wheel weights and could pull those plows around his hills in 3rd gear all day long. It did have a super kit in it though and I have Dynoed it at 57 hp. Not bad for a tractor that hasn't been overhauled in 25-30 years. Of course we wern't trying to plow to china either. If you go to deep in our part of central Pa there is alot of clay and shale to pull up.
