Same thing happened to one of my father in law's Super M's back when it was still a working tractor in the early 70's. Fortunately as in your FIL's case no one was killed. (In this incident the tractor did a couple forward somersaults and wound up on it's back after rolling unattended down a steep hill) Aside from the expected sheetmetal damage, steering shaft/wheel damage, and a snapped bolster pivot shaft, no significant harm was done. The motor continued to run briefly after the flip but suffered no damage. The tractor was put back on it's feet and flatbedded home. Two weeks and several hundred $ in parts later the Super M (and it's fortunate operator) were back at work. Hope your father in law enjoys a full recovery....
