I've driven tractors that have been scary at 15 MPH, let alone 65. To my knowledge, the only people who have ever driven that fast on tractors have been the old Allis race teams in the 1930s as a rubber tractor demonstration. Many of the drivers were big time professional car racers who had driven brakeless cars on flat dirt tracks in the oughts and teens, and they considered the tractors at that speed just as challenging to drive as the race cars at 120. So unless your son has mucho Nascar Winston Cup experience, I'd kinda forget the 65 mile an hour idea if you were serious.
