Just a suggestion, I guess I would want opinion of a good welder. You can buy Farmall front wheels, the type with 3 lugs welded on for use on mid 50s tractors. You can buy those without lugs in 15 and 16 inch. Just maybe a good welder could weld it to your hub and spokes.

Another wheel I have done some work with is the 16 inch dounut rim that came with full size rear wheel drive Chevys and Oldsmobiles

If you are not one, ask a good welder.
