Ron, I agree with Geoff, most likely it is condensation which forms inside a luke warm engine after you shut her down. Running the engine long enough to have it warm up sufficiently enough to get the coolant circulating will most likely solve the problem. The B has a thermo-syphon cooling system meaning as the engine warms up the warmed coolant rises to the top of the engine and is forced into the upper radiator hose and into the tank at the top of the radiator. it then flows down through the core and is cooled by the air being pulled through the radiator by the fan. If you haven't taken the B out for a good drive or worked it very hard since the rebuild it could be the head gasket hasn't sealed up because the temperature has not reached normal op temp. Running it for short periods of time and then shutting it off doesn't help the situation. You may even try putting a piece of cardboard over the grille tightly with the tractor running at half throttle. Run the trottle up some every so often and then back to half. Leave the cardboard on until you can see water circulating in the top tank of the radiator. As long as it doesn't boil you will be doing the engine a favor. //FB

On our first cosmetic restoration, not having a manual, we carefully marked the wires, taped the magneto in the position it came off, and were careful not to turn the engine over while we had these components off. We thought we could get by with this since the engine ran perfectly and would not need any internal work. After the cleanup and painting was done, we began reassembly and finally came to t
