You must have the head and pan off to be able to spray it with PB Blaster, and the pan off to determine that the bore is nice...It's your rings that are stuck. Remove the rod bearing, and tap the rod out the top. Be careful what you are tapping with doesn't go thru the piston. Tap on the wrist pin area instead of the top of the piston casting itself. Check in the archives about unsticking an engine....must be 100's of times this topic has been touched upon.
