My H ,and just about every Farmall Ive been on with the exhaust sticking out through the hood does the exact same thing. Its just condesation forming from the hot exhaust passing through a cooler manifold and pipe/muffler. Sometimes if you watch the tailpipe of a car as its running you will see drips of water come out. Its the same thing. Also, make sure you retorque your head bolts, and recheck your valve clearences after you have run the engine a bit. This is mandatory for these engines.
