Hi Kelly If you have to use a puller you'll probably need to get the clutch shaft out of the way. Some of those have a key in a slot on a smooth shaft(mine did) and some are splined (or so I hear). Mine came right off, but I had already taken the clutch shaft out; the service manuals say to, I'm not sure it could be done without. It would sure be worth a good try, though. The clutch parts (rods, yoke, bearing, etc.) are a pain to fit, out and in. Even if I hadn't forgotten how they went back. I bet the digital camera will be a huge help. Worked all night last night - brain melting - I'll be curious to know how you're doing when I get up this evening. Wm
