I would do it, but that might just be me. Perhaps stipulate that if it doesn't run to your satisfaction after it is put together, the trade is off? I would do it just because I use my toy---errrr----tractors for some work(big sweetcorn patch), and I would rather have a 450 than a C. Just me. But then I have an A and an oliver 70 to cultivate with.
