A fast way to check your fuel flow is to shutoff the valve at the sediment bowl then disconnect the line at the carb. Get yourself a coffee can and get some one to turn the valve back on and watch to see the flow coming out of the line. If it keeps the same flow for about 3 or 4 minutes check the screen in the carb. If the flow from the line slows down check the stem and screen coming from the gas tank. If both are clean including the screen in the carb. you are going to have to look at the float valve check the condition of the seat and check to make sure you don't have a hole in your float. Make sure you have the proper float level set.
