Bama Binder an IHC 180/190 ? first thought is restore it the way it sits, as a fire truck. it should have 20000 or 23000 cap rear axle, geared slow for brute strength & ignorance. expect to get 3 or 3 1/2 miles /gallon downhill with a tail wind. in tractor-trailer setup can easily handle 65000 gross weight . in straight truck setting with a flat deck you are looking at around 12000-15000 empty, can safely carry 20000 on the deck. drove similar equip in my early working days, but had the monstrous 345 cu in V-8.
