where am I losing oil?

Our 400 is chewing up oil at the rate of a quart or two every four hours. I am not sure where I am losing it at. The front seal is fine, I don't notice any oil dripping out of the clutch compartment (a few drops, but nowhere near the amount I am burning), so I assume the rear seal is good. The compression is 100 on all cylinders, and 130 with oil in them. Is it possible that my valve guides are shot? Or could it be the rear seal?
