First, I have an H, not a Super H, but this will apply to yours as well. I used a Sealed Powr kit that I ordered through my local CaseIH dealer. No, it isn't CaseIH parts, just another company my dealer has. It came with sleeves, step head pistons, rings, main and rod bearings, bushings, gaskets, valves, guides, springs, etc. for about $600. That was the best deal I could find. There are cheaper kits on the Internet, but with shipping they would have been more for me. I also put around $500 worth of machine work into my engine to have the guides installed, new valve seats installed, the crankshaft ground ".010, having the head checked for cracks, etc. It has been worth every penny so far. I have 36 hours on my overhaul and it hasn't missed a beat yet. To answer some more of your questions, yes you can put step head pistons in your engine - you will need the casting number from the head to order them. I also recommend going with the overbore kit, it helps with power also. I have the I&T shop manual and it has most of the torque specs for the motor. You can always post here and someone knows. Steven

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
