I've found some information on F & H for you. From 1888 (when the company was founded) untill the late forties the wheels were manufactured by; French & Hecht, Inc, which had manufacturing facilities in Davenport, Iowa, and in Springfield, Ohio. Sometime in the late 40's the company was bought by Kelsey-Hayes Wheel Company and continued to manufacture F & H wheels as; French & Hecht Division, Kelsey-Hayes Wheel Company, in Davenport, Iowa. I don't know the modern day status of F & H. Hope this information helps. Harold H
