It is more than likely the needle valve and seat. This is the valve that stops the flow of fuel when the float rises with the fuel level. Usually, the float is not included in a rebuild kit, so you will more than likely have to order the float seperately. The rebuild kit in general is also available from just about any auto parts store. It will have new gaskets, new needle and seat, new seals, etc. Also, in the rebuild kit will be a schematic drawing of how the carb goes back together. It takes some patience, but I'm sure you could handle it.....good luck with it, just ask if you need anymore help. Mr. J
