IH K-1 Pickup

Well I thought this may or may not be the right place to post this. There is one for sale just about 3 miles from my Indy house for $1,955. I have not stopped yet but the paint, sheet metal and tires appear in good condition. Am I running into a wallet burning situation? Will parts be impossible to find? I see in the IH book that they were produced from 1940-1947.

Any info. or reference to another site would be helpful before I get serious about bidding on it.
