I would keep it LPG, engine runs better, not cold blooded when you first start it, stays very clean inside, other than not as nice looking, its hard to hide the big tank, LPG & High altitude take same pistons, head was same, actually kind of a rare tractor. I worked at a IH dealer from 1960 on but didnt see a lot of them. TA can be shifted anytime under load, do not freewheel it going downhill for safety. The hydraulic filter is on opposite side of pump on clutch/TA housing, get a new filter 388084R93 from CNH dealer and it will have the new gasket that matchs shape of cover.
