Good question Dick! I was always under the impression is the rear wheel rims were symmetrical, but now I gotta check the manuals to see if there is a "wide" and "narrow" mounting position. On my SM we mount both sets wheels concave (dish) facing out. If you mount the inside tire concave facing in, the tractor with duals becomes too wide to fit thru the shed doors. Incidentally both sets of tires are 14.9's. A good "Oh yea" tip too! We once nearly killed my mother in law's dog when a dual we were wrestling with got away. It flopped on the ground where the dog had been snoozing just moments before. Had the dog still been lying in that spot, she surely would have gone to that big doghouse in the sky a little sooner...
