Thanks for all the replys. Sounds like I should just keep it as is and get a bulk tank and wet line.

I'm going up this weekend and pulling the entire rats nest of a wiring system off it and am going to rewire the entire tractor. After that I will get new air, oil, and hydrolic filters and change them along with the engine oil. They hydro oil looks and smells fine, not signs of moisture, or discoloration.
