I have seen them show good on meter and after taking them out only get hot about half way and not to hot, seen them with end burn off and when you take them out they will spark at you out the end so you got current flow to move gauge put no heat, tractor will start in hot wheather but mis on 1 or 2 cylinders, you can check for ever until you take thwm out and look at them. I have had to drill more than 1 glow plug out did not like it but that is life and with a tractor 40 years old life will not get better.
