not hard to put a cycl on the bucket might want to get a cycl with longer stroke to allow full movement of the bucket this can be controlled buy the way you mount the cycl also larger dia will slow movement down things to consider better look at another loader to get some ideas that is much cheaper than making mistakes after you have welded it up then decide o-$$$ that isint what i wanted
