Well, I have a 1935 F-12 and a 39 F-14. The F-12 has short levers for the brakes, the F-14 has long brake levers. The F-12 has the lower steering pedestal and cast iron steering wheel with 4 spokes. F-14 has the raised pedestal for steering and rubber steering wheel with 3 spokes. Also, the seat on the F-14 is higher.

Granted, all of these things can be done to an F-12 to upgrade it. And the F-14 was only made in 38 and 39. We are guilty of the 37 thing too, had a sign on that said that for a couple years until we were corrected.
