Have I found hubs for duals??

I found a set of hubs which appear to be duals for a tractor. They appear to bolt to the cast center of the inside rim with four bolts. (Approx 11" on center bolt holes)Then they are about 12"-16" long and have 9 studs on the other end. Heavy cast iron things they are, roughly 80+ lbs. They are marked Kalida and I have found a manufactuer in a town by that name that makes wheel systems but can't find any reference of these exact parts. They won't fit my 460 because my bolt pattern is 12" on center so what are they for? Also, how does the 9 bolt pattern work, do you have to buy a special rim for that? Thanks for the help!
