the power is still there as i have not pulled anything under any load yet.i didnt feel good about letting it run very long in this condition.i just went up a steep hill but i have not run the engine over 5 min. at one time since i've got it back together clutch wise.the turbo is spinning as far as i can tell ,on the inlet side of the turbo the little fan wheel about 1 1/2 inches big is spinning.this has the paper filter but i have run this tractor without it and it still smokes.i am checking the inlet ducts on the turbo today to see if the engine is pulling oil from the turbo.thanks Hugh for any help on this ole work horse.i love this tractor especially when its working right .
