You can buy the seat bushings at any IH dealer. They only cost a few dollars. The fun part is installing them!! IH must have had a special tool for that. To say they are a tight fit is putting it mildly. As to the grill insert, the IH dealer can likely get that too. There are plenty of aftermarket sources too. If there is a tractor show in your area, go there and likely there will be a vendor that has them. Or give Roy Edwards a call at 423 892 5289
