George, If all else fails and it still doesn't have fuel at the injectors, you might have a stuck metering valve. You can move it with the pump still on the tractor. But it requires removing the top cover of the pump. I would leave it to a professional if you have never been into a pump before. Cleanliness is an aboslute must. These parts have very small tolerances. The heat from your hand will make it expand to a point to where it will not fit in the cam ring. Two years of setting combined with a little water in your fuel and they will stick. You can try moving it, but it will probably stick on you again. Good luck
