What's the number of the disc plow for a Farmall A?

I have a two bottom disc plow for my Farmall A, but I don't remember the model number. I am looking for a manual for the plow (looking at E-bay)and wish I could remember the model number. It's the two bottom disc plow that fits a Farmall A with a rubber tired trailing wheel. It also has the rod that runs from the plow, under the tractor, up to the tractor's front axle (attaches above the right spindle) to help turn the plow. Does this ring a bell to anyone? Thanks.
