I hauled one back in april about 300 miles. i made a dolly out of 4x4 lumber and put 4 casters on each side so that when i took the rear tires off the tractor rested on the dolly and i was still able to roll it on the trailer. it also came in handy for moving tractor around workshop. as for seting it on the final drive housings i doubt that it will hurt them at all. you are more likely to damage your trialer than the tractor
