There were a number of grader companies that used the 10-20 gear drive tractor as the base. The IH Archives has catalogs of Industrial equipment produced with IH parts. IH did not produce the grader- it sold the 10-20 package (often not the complete tractor) to the grader company who put the equipment out under their name.
