We bought one that was lightly used and mostly parked, low hours, and it is getting sloppy all around the longer we own it. Has 8,000. Our other has 14,000 and still strong. Never had a problem with it internally from new. Used heavily in its life, though. Chopped, plowed, blows silage, roller mill/blower corn, disking, discbine. Best treatment is to work 'em hard. Good luck on an excellent choice tractor.
