Peabody and others, I seem to remember a post that said the serial number should be somewhere under the seat, and/or close to the transmission. Is this correct? If so, I'll try to look it up. Would be interesting to know the year of the tractor. I do have some old manuals for it too. Guess I'm kinda lucky in that respect, as we are in no means the original owners.
