Here's what I found worked the best for me. I use either HOLDEN'S RUST BUSTER (which is getting hard to find. I bought some at Electric Motor Repair in Mpls. a few years ago) or K&W KNOCK'ER LOOSE. Apply and tap with a hammer, and keep doing this for a few days. Weld a nut on the end and use a impact wench at real low force to turn it out. I have used a vice grips or pipe wench but have twisted a few off. For these, I drill a hole through the center. Use left handed Drill bits. sometimes they will spin out.(Got those at NORTHERN in Forest Lake). Then you can get the penetrating oil in on the back side too. Weld a nut on the top of it and let it cool completely. Use the impact wench again. You may have to repeat this a few times. Avoid the screw extractors, I have only had bad luck with them. Just take your time and keep applying penetrating oil and tapping with a hammer. Nice web page, I tink I looked a that H for sale along Hwy. 65 this summer.
