Super A serial number - need another place to look

Howdy folks. I posted some photos of my super a the other day. Some folks and myself want to know the serial number. I've tried to see the number on the plate near the seat, I've even scraped some of the paint off. But, I think I may have made the problem worse. That, coupled with my bifocals make it hard for me to make out. Can anyone suggest another place to look? I know this is like looking for a needle in a haystack, but a lot of us would like to know.
