I put about 5 lbs. of tumbling shot in a rusty gas tank that did not have any baffles. Then I bungee corded it to the center of the rear wheel of my mowing tractor. After 2 hours of rotation it was real shiny inside, I changed positions on the tank once so all sides would be hit by the tumbling shot. I did not seal the tank with sloshing compound but it would not hurt to do so. Good luck.
