You only need to remove the setscrew on your adjustable pulley, and unscrew the pulley to allow your new belt to slip over. Your generator belt will need to be removed...Use lots of penetration oil, to unscrew it... after 50 years, some of these pulleys are hard to unscrew, and they can be broken, so be careful.
