That's a time consuming job - I just did the same thing on my "H". As said previously, lots of Pb blaster and ***light*** tapping on the pulley. Do yourself a huge favor - replace the generator belt at the same time you replace the fan belt.

Watch your fingers...it's a tight spot to work in back behind that fan. I took off the front hood, but left the radiator, etc attached...
