My experiences with cornpicking (which isn't too much) a hydro tractor would not increase productivity by much. Most tractors with dual range and TA have enough speed choices to keep a picker or silage cutter close to optimum performance. An 826 hydro will bring a premium because the hydro tractors are very popular for loader work. I would look for an 856 or similiar, even a 1256 could be had for less than an 826. I also prefer a pull type picker as it is much easier to use the tractor for other tasks, as simple as pulling the hitch pin. Mounted pickers are a lot of work to put on and take off in my opinion. My $0.02 on the subject. Steven
