There are other possibilities for rpm increases. I don't have the particulars in front of me, but by changing out weights and springs in the governor, using parts from a Intl A or a U-2 power unit, you can get higher governed engine speeds. You could also experiment with madifying your existing weights if you're feeling lucky. Combine that with the sleeves and pistons from a 123 engine, you'd have a kick-butt A. Well, maybe not, but at least you'd have a little more power.
