Blew air through and it's coming out by the #4 valve OK. Another question(s)-the metal tube going down to the top of governor assembly comes out of the front of the head, and another smaller metal tube comes out of the bottom of the block and goes over to the top of the lower governor housing. What are these two tubes? (Not trying to be dense, but what does PCV stand for?) Thanks for your help!!
