Same way with my H, i thing it is just that every thing in the transmission is still settling down or slowing down from going engine speed. I also had to cut my clutch rod off about a foot off from the end with the threads. I welded a bodt anbout 11 inches long onto it so i can push it in further. But first, try putting the clutch in and wait two seconds then put it in gear.
