If you have the tractor SECURELY blocked and the BRAKES SET (being in gear is no help if the engine's out) and your engine hoist is positioned to take the weight of the engine, you can take the front bolster, front wheels, channel irons that run along the engine, (even the radiator if you want to) off in one piece. But I'd want to be stronger than I am (and you might be) to do it! Get some help unless you take it off piece-at-a-time! If you have a secure beam overhead to attach a separate chain hoist to the top of the bolster, you might remove the entire assembly safely by yourself. Besides the injury factor, it's SO embarrasing to get trapped where you can't get out by yourself!
