Another find

Anyone care to comment on this possible purchase?
A IH 404 of 60's vintage with several implements available. The seller says he knows of a loader for this machine, would install it for me and make the whole thing work properly. Tires look good. Paint is fair...low hours, power steering,
and supposed to run well. With extra work (attach loader, etc. ) asking $5200. with all parts. I think I'd pass on the extras, take the back blade and offer $4000. including installed loader. Please reply with serious info only.
