45 Farmall A fluid change...

I've seen it posted here not to long ago....but I can't find it....

I have 45 Farmall A.

Could you tell me how,(what do I do...) for a total fluid change on the motor, tranny, and final drives ( what wt. of oil/good brand, how much does each hold). The tranny has a slight whine to it.

The more info. the better, I am new to this.
