Rice has the felts for about $7 each. The seal retainers are harder to come by. Rice was out of stock when I tore mine down. Rice has them back in the price list for about $40 each. The retainers are a reverse seal. The leather seal is on the outside perimeter of the seal and wipes against the hub. I'm converting mine to a modern seal.
