Looks like a bunch of good comments. Insurance and Safety would be at the absolute top of my list. I have a couple of suggestions from my 20 years of experience with my local show. Both are pertinant mostly if you have permant show grounds on which you can make improvements. Be realy careful about taking donations of equipment. It may seem like a nice thing to take grandpas old implement. Trust me this can snowball to where you have all the people in a 30 mile radius "donating" all their grove bait. Your group will get stuck moving it every time you mow. We take 5 or 6 people the better share of a day to do this. The other suggestion is similiar. If you have permanant buildings to store tractors have a policy about storing tractors. We have tractors we move in and out every year, nobody comes to care for some of these. There are a few that nobody seems to know who owns even. These items may seem like a minor thing at the time but trust me they can snow ball to be a real problem. oh yeah HAVE FUN!!!!!<;) JT
